Important Covid-19 update for guests
Your safety remains our number one priority at Park Lodge Whitley Bay and we have introduced some new measures for your peace of mind.

At Park Lodge, we will regularly update what we do according to Government advice.
Hand sanitising stations are located in all guest rooms as well as in the guest house reception.
On checking in, we will take all contact details for track and trace purposes and keep for 14 days so that in the unlikely event of an occurrence, we will notify guests who will need to take the appropriate action according to Government advice at the time. Wipes are available to sanitize pens before and after use.
Room cards are sanitized prior to guest use.
All soft furnishings e.g. cushions and throws have been removed from guest rooms.
Rooms will be left dormant for three nights from the previous departure. Prior to guests entering the room, a deep clean is carried out including wiping all touch surfaces including handles, sockets, kettle and coffee maker.
The guest information pack is laminated and is wiped as part of the deep cleaning process.
Cooked breakfasts, if required, are available on a pre-booked slot to ensure social distancing for all guests.
The stair banister is cleaned on a regular basis and guests are advised to maintain a one up, one down system.
